All prices are in US dollars. You pay on delivery — cash, Whish or OMT — after we've confirmed your order and stock on WhatsApp. No payment is taken before that confirmation.

Prices can change between visits; the price we confirm on WhatsApp is the one you pay.

We deliver everywhere in Lebanon by courier: $5 flat, free at $75 and above, typically 1–4 working days after confirmation. If a security situation or road closure delays your area, we tell you instead of leaving you guessing.

Everything we sell is genuine stock imported by us — no gray market, no "versions." If we can't confirm an item is authentic and in date, we don't sell it.

We read ingredient labels; we don't practice medicine. Nothing on this site diagnoses, treats or prevents anything. If you're pregnant, on medication or managing a condition, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before adding supplements.

These terms are governed by Lebanese law, including the Electronic Transactions and Personal Data Law (81/2018) and consumer-protection rules on distance selling. Disputes go to the courts of Beirut — though we'd genuinely rather fix the problem on WhatsApp first.
